Our systems offer a range of facilities including: branch logic, question arrays, conditional questions and enable the hosting of video or images as choices. We have provided hosted surveys and opinion studies, quizzes for academic institutions and organisations alike. In addition, we convert pen and paper forms to online forms for easier data entry and error reduction through limiting answer ranges and incorporating conditional questions that appear depending on the choices of earlier questions.

Optical Mark Recognition

 

Using scanners equipped for Optical Mark Recognition, we are able to program and design paper based forms that can be scanned through a scanning system to extract responses as input into a database. These forms are purpose designed for accuracy and are typically deployed in hotels, customer service centres and restaurants. We can arrange to have these forms collected for scanning, to be forwarded to our clients or for further tracking and analysis as required.
