Our customer feedback programs collate customer ratings and opinion scores using survey forms deployed at customer service centres, sales outlets or online over client websites. Paper based forms are collected from drop-boxes located at our clients' service/sales locations and their results are scanned into a reporting database. Tracking sentiment indices, we measure the changes in sentiment scores over time and provide trend reports and consolidated reports as required. |
