Catering to varied needs of our clients, we conduct custom research on their organisations or clients across a diverse range of needs. Our approach to design of custom research projects is the same for our program research - with meticulous attention to detail with the goal of producing information that clients can work with.
In custom research, we tend to address specific areas of research not commonly conducted, or even unlikely to be repeated. We work with and cater to these specific needs of clients as requested. Some range from gauging the sentiment of parents in a school association or setting up a user requirements analysis prior to the design and installation of an IT system.

Whichever the need, we welcome enquiries to our team for an evaluation and we will work out details of administration, deployment and analysis required for the project. |

In conducting qualitative research, we analyse written or verbal comments from participants. This information can provide information on trends or sentiment leading to detailed reporting with the exception that qualitative information is not limited to defined responses in a questionnaire but offer numerous other information. If quantitative data provides depth of knowledge, qualitative data adds breadth. When studying this type of data, we park each comment into similar groups or clusters of information, leading to an understanding of what themes recur and how many available themes are available. Combined with quantitative data, qualitative data supports or confirms the information in the numbers. |

In conducting quantitative research, we employ various statistical methods of working with data with the goal of obtaining trends or identifying trends in the data. Working with data, statistical methods of analysis are centrally used. Besides descriptive statistics such as mean scores, distributions and median scores, we use factor reduction methods to distill large number of factors into groups of factors so that interpretation of the information will be easier. |
